SHIPPING

Shipping is via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. With USPS Priority Mail, delivery can be expected within seven to ten business days or less from the time the order is received and is automatically tracked.

Clients using the postal service to ship packages to Hawaii and Alaska should know that these packages are not insured. If you would like your package insured with USPS, please state so in the comment section of your order so we can notify you of the shipping rate and insurance.

All orders placed in Missouri are susceptible to sales tax and will be charged so automatically.

OUR GUARANTEE

Sharron Koltun, C.P.E., stands behind her product line 100 percent and wants you to be fully satisfied with your order. If you are not completely satisfied please return your product (s) within within 30 days along with your invoice. We cannot accept returns that are empty. All returns must be 3/4 full in container. We will promptly credit the account with which you made the purchase, less shipping charges.

RETURNS

Please return products within 30 days of receipt for full refund or exchange. Ship item(s) and invoice to: Clinical-Basic Skin Care, Inc., 8123 Edenbrook Drive, O’Fallon, Missouri 63368. Please note that shipping charges related to your return are not refundable. Also, please allow one-to-two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
